Leave a Legacy

A planned gift is arguably the most meaningful charitable gift you can make. It involves deciding what you want your legacy to be, how you want to make it, and who you can trust to carry it out.

Just as the legacy you choose is exceptionally personal, the method of creating your plan is unique. There are many components to a personal estate plan. Adventist Health Ukiah Valley partners with Thompson & Associates to provide you with expert charitable estate planning information and guidance that assures your legacy will be what you envision.

Bob Hoffman of Thompson & Associates is available to meet with you one-on-one to provide confidential and thoughtful values-based estate planning.

To schedule an appointment with Bob for a values-based estate plan, contact Allyne Brown at browna2@ah.org or by phone at 707.463.7623.

By remembering Adventist Health Ukiah Valley with a bequest in your will, you can have an impact on medical care that goes beyond your lifetime. Your bequest will qualify for an estate tax charitable deduction. When making a bequest, we urge you to consult with your attorney and other advisors, as well as the staff of the Adventist Health Ukiah Valley’s Philanthropy Department.

By making a bequest to Adventist Health Ukiah Valley, you are eligible to join the Cumulative Giving Circle. Please notify the Philanthropy Department about your intention so that you may be recognized 707.463.7623.
